MUSE + NOMAD offers domestic shipping throughout the United States via UPS and FedEx.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after an order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping

Expedited domestic shipping may be available through UPS or FedEx. Available options and rates are displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

MUSE + NOMAD offers international shipping through DHL.

International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local regulations, and carrier operations.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Preorder Items

Select products may be available for preorder before inventory is ready for shipment.

Estimated shipping dates or shipping windows are provided on individual product pages.

Preorder production and fulfillment preparation generally take approximately 4–6 weeks, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping transit time is additional.

If an order cannot ship within the communicated timeframe, customers will receive an updated estimate and applicable cancellation or refund options.

Shipping Issues
