We ship in considered quantities and with care.
Please review the shipping details below prior to placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Standard processing time is 2–5 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day.
Processing and shipping times may extend during:

High-volume periods
TRANSIT TIMES
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier transit times.
Transit estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to:

Carrier routing delays

Weather events
-
Customs processing (international)

Peak shipping volume
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
All U.S. orders ship via FedEx or UPS.
After a package has been scanned by the carrier, it is considered released into their care.
Muse + Nomad is not responsible for:

Packages marked delivered but not located
-
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Delays caused by the carrier
We recommend shipping to a secure address and requesting signature confirmation for high-value deliveries.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders ship via DHL Express.
International duties and taxes vary by region and are paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
These costs are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
If DHL marks your package as delivered and you are unable to locate it, please contact your local DHL office directly.
We may assist with filing a carrier claim, but replacement is not guaranteed.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR OPENED
Please contact concierge@museandnomad.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the packaging and affected item(s)
We will review and advise next steps.
IF YOUR ORDER IS INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT
Please contact concierge@museandnomad.com within 5 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
-
Photos of the contents received
We will work to facilitate a resolution.
UNDELIVERABLE, RETURNED, OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be returned to us.
Reshipment fees will apply.
For international shipments:

Refused or unclaimed packages will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Packages held in customs beyond the release period may be considered abandoned and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AFTER SHIPMENT
Once an order leaves our facility, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

Track the shipment

Coordinate delivery with the carrier

Ensure someone is available to receive the package, if needed
Carrier claims must be initiated within 14 days of the listed delivery date.
Claims filed beyond this window cannot be processed.
